Mary Farris is Two!

Mary Farris turned two on Tuesday! We celebrated with our NICU family at Baptist and enjoyed it very much. She had her 2 year old evaluation at the preemie clinic today and did great. She tested average or above in almost everything. Aside from our feeding problems, she will need a little help with gross motor skills. They want her have weekly physical therapy visits to work on strength and walking. We are also trying a new formula with more calories to help with her slow weight gain. Mary Farris is not only counting but knows most of the alphabet now. Way to go big girl!!

I am sure she had a great birthday!! I know seeing the nurses at NICU was good for you, even though she doesn't remember them. I know they were glad to see her and see her progress. Give her a hug from me. Judy and Gipson are here this weekend. He is having a ball exploring all over our house. New areas for him. He barks at Joe everytime he comes him!
