Our visit at the pediatrician went good today. Mary Farris got her second Synagis shot (for RSV). She is gaining weight like she should and is following the growth curve. She is still in the 10-15 percentile but that is on the regular scale, not the preemie one! She weighs 9lbs 11oz today and is 22 inches long. She was 11 1/2 at birth! Dr Betts is going to try to help us get her into feeding therapy since we are having no success. She is taking about 10-15cc most feedings by bottle now. Of couse the only nipple she will use is a disposable one that I cant find another one! And it is an orthodontic one and she takes it upside down. Hey, whatever works!

I have to ask does she take a pacifier, and if so how? The reason I ask is one of my daughters will only suck her upside down with her lower lip hooked over it. Sounds weird, looks weird but hey, whatever works!

She looks just like her mommy did when she was a little 'wee' one many, many years ago!
What a precious little miracle baby!
